On Healthy Food I want to add some form my experience. In my 25 yrs+ of practice I suggest people not take to the food which they like most, if they want to be healthy. That’s right. What tastes great is NOT good for you. Why? Let’s take a closer look, shall we?
Asthma patient likes acidic foods mostly with acetic acid

Gastritis patients likes those fatyy and fried food.

What will you find in a patient suffering with diabetes? He or she loves the sweets.

My belief is that we are born to die one day. So this seems to be some kind of destructive process governed by Thy Supreme Power who supplies to us the oxygen to breath. Hence we fancy the foods the most, that helps to destroy our body(life). Now, if we can are able to avoid the foods which we like most and more often take in the food which we never liked, it will help us to be healthy. Of course this all is subject to observation.
