Keep stress out of your life. What does stress accomplish? NOTHING! I see it as a mental disorder (caused by trauma of some sort) in which the patient, to put it in the most simplest terms, “overthinks” a series of situations. Because the trauma can be life changing, I do understand and sympathize with those who aren’t able to control stress. Here are some tips to help you do so.
1. Avoid eating sugar, caffeine, and chemically enhanced foods.
2. Focus on natural food. Be sure to eat fresh fruit daily. Take health breaks, not coffee breaks.
3. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Pick something that you enjoy doing! Maintain a regular home workout routine that can be done if you don’t have membership to a gym or expensive work equipment.
4. Practice deep breathing exercises. It’s much better to do this when sitting in traffic rather than honking, screaming and road rage (very stressful)
5. Drink plenty of water throughout the day - even if you do non-labour intensive work like office work.
6. Take mini stretch breaks throughout the day. Take walk. Do mini-stretch excercises. This helps ALOT and it’s value is VERY VERY underated.
7. STAY STRESS FREE!! ACT! Don’t get caught up in a web of destructive and/or counter-productive thoughts.
Managing stress isn’t hard - but it can be if you don’t step back and take one moment at a time.

Hi Dhimas. Here’s what I suggest. Replace caffeine with fruits! Fruits are a great source of energy. Go with a couple of apples instead of coffee. You’ll be very happy, energised - and your body will thank you.
